According to the Bible, antichrist is a future being but we are told "For the mystery of iniquity doth already work" (2 Thessalonians 2:7) and that "even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time" (1 John 2:18). Antichrist is not a future person but an organization that began in apostolic times and is even with us today. However, we do agree that smart phones are a potential controlling factor.
