This is but a trial run for when "no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name" (Revelation 13:17). Vaccines or the lack thereof is not the Mark of the Beast but it certainly shows how easy a non-financial object can be used to determine ability to buy, sell, travel, enter into businesses, etc.
