COMMENT: The constitution allows for every political voice. To cause society to silence one voice, even if everybody else disagrees with that voice, is aligning with the dragon side of the two horned beast of Revelation 13:11. It starts out with lamb like horns but finishes with dragon like speech as it "spake as a dragon". The dragon like speech squashes opposing speaking.
