COMMENT: And this is exactly why Jesus said, "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof" (Matthew 6:34). Only God knows the future. While "Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth" (Luke 21:26), at peace Christians know that all is in God's hands. Instead of worrying about and preparing for what to do in a wheat shortage crisis, true Christians were focused properly on the activity of what we have been commissioned to do.
