COMMENT: The media will do anything to push the false narrative yet be true in the statement. The use of the word "could" implies it also "could not". It is not a fact but they want those of promiscuous practice and enjoying it to get upset and vote against anything and everyone on the anti-abortion side. The focus is on life. When God "formed thee from the womb" (Isaiah 44:2), that is when life began, and that means to snuff out life would be to commit murder. In fact, that is how God sees it. "If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart [from her], and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges [determine]. And if [any] mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life" (Exodus 21:22-23). God calls the "fruit" in the womb as "life".
