We have purposely obscured this reference so not to tempt anyone to go searching for images or movies, but the purpose of our publication is to teach biblical life lessons in addition to being prepared for what is coming and to make right choices. In this case, it is a life lesson. This actress blames an incident in her early years of life. From the list of articles scanned each day, this one, in a generic way jumped out. It basically follows the pattern of, the reason I have done a bad thing is because something bad happened to me, even many years earlier, justifying the current situation with the expectation that everyone will understand and not judge. "Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world?" (1 Corinthians 6:2). "Ye shall know them by their fruits" (Matthew 7:16), which involves judgment, not to condemn but to help people into a better life. God is not going to accept sinning because something bad happened to them. Everyone has had bad experiences -- some worse than others, but that does not justify sinning. And that is the lesson all of us need to learn. Bad things will happen, but it is the Christian that overcomes those experiences despite the disadvantage.
