This school evidently is trying to avoid fulfilling the verse "They profess that they know God; but in works they deny [him], being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate" (Titus 1:16). Why liberal outlets would be surprised at this shows the attempt to bring condemnation down on them hoping for majority pressure.
