Praise the Lord that there are still parents that place a child ahead of self desires. The Bible tells parents, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). The Bible does not say to drop them in daycare or public school system. Now, there is a place for daycare and schools, so please, for those that have circumstances that necessitates that need, do not get irked, but those that simply use daycare just for career oriented purposes, living comfortably, saving up for family vacations, and other worldly sought after distractions from parental duty, the advice is to follow the example of this mother. Even time together in the evening as a family is not necessarily a reason to throw a child into the daycare and public school pathway. Many parents used to tag team employment where, though it is hard to do, one worked the day shift while the other a night shift or a modified second shift. Ease is not an excuse with God.
