Kelly Aldinger recently served as the head of her Lutheran church’s council, as the article stated, and this is once again a very big black mark against Christianity. You see, we have "ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ" (Jude 1:4). They have taught incorrectly that we are saved by the grace of Christ alone, and they do not teach that Jesus also said, "go, and sin no more" (John 8:11). If Christians would face the fact that the Bible actually teaches that we can reject the gift of salvation after having received it instead of this "once saved, always saved" garbage thinking correctly that "if I choose to sin, I put at risk my salvation", there would be a whole lot less of this stuff going on. Further, we would have a lot fewer but committed Christians setting the right example. These incidences just make a mockery of true Christianity.
