The only problem with this story is that hell does not exist yet. If "the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8), and "the angels that sinned" were "cast ... down to hell, and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment" (2 Peter 2:4), that "hell" is not the place of burning as they are reserved unto judgment and not suffering the judgment yet. It is after the coming thousand years that hell starts (Revelation 20:7) and "they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them" (Revelation 20:9). In fact, God says to Satan, "I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee" (Ezekiel 28:18). Now that is hell fire and much hotter than most Christians want to admit for this hell fire "For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch" 9Malachi 4:1), "And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do [this], saith the LORD of hosts" (Malachi 4:3). Satan is right now walking the face of the earth to cause loss of eternal life in all who are not sober, so he cannot be the warden of hell right now. The NDE that this person suffered is nothing short of suggestion over the years, by Satan himself or evil angels, or mere dream as hell is not yet burning.
