The word "might" makes the discovery already suspect. The fact that humans have not even completely drilled through the crust means that all of the inward parts is but guess work. The reason this is noteworthy, is like evolution, it becomes the norm and expectancy of belief. Anything short of it, and God forbid if God is brought in to explain things, it is laughed at. Noting that this also contributes to climate change, it is really happening, is yet another angle being used to bolster up a false premise. "Blessed are ye, when [men] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake" (Matthew 5:11).
