"State Sen. Tom Davis released a statement Sunday night that said the Beaufort Republican, soon after leaving a social gathering where alcohol was consumed, 'recognized he should not be driving.'” The Bible says, "Wine [is] a mocker, strong drink [is] raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise" (Proverbs 20:1). And that is "not wise" in character. No wonder Congress is in such a mess. Both houses are filled with unwise representatives.
