This shows two things. It shows first, despite the New Green Deal being defeated in Congress a couple or more years ago, it still can go forward as if ruled by a dictator. On the same note, and still point one, despite Trump pulling us out of the Paris agreement accord, which the green initiative is the active completion of the agreement, evidently such actions by Trump meant nothing. We are still moving forward. Now, the second thing is that of control. The existing electrical grid is not ready for the Green Initiative. There is no phasing it in. Therefore, the elite will not suffer their lack of need but who gets to have electricity and who does not can easily be controlled. And with everything being pushed away from oil, gas, even wood, strongly pushing all households to have some form of electric heat dependency, not complying with other unrelated governmental rules will result in an outage. If they can roll blackouts at will, they can control the people in general and specifically. "With force and with cruelty have ye ruled them" (Ezekiel 34:4).
