Inside a private institution, such as the Catholic Church, exposing oneself to children, especially, let alone to all the church goers, urinating that caused unordinary type of clean up, disrupting a service is a disturbance of the peace, and many more things that the French courts saw went beyond the right to protest. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20).
