Proverbs 23:7 says, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so [is] he." Philippians 2:5 says, "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." Hebrews 8:10 says, "I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people." 2 Peter 3:1 says, "I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance."
Satan wants your mind and when he can control it without our consent, all the better for him.
Could programmers implant preventive things like following the true God all the way? Encouraging worldliness? Encourage anger? Encourage sensuality? Encouraging stressing out and unable to handle life? Encourage unnecessary competition? Encourage boredom with Bible and nature? Accepting of various sins at least on the toleration level?
Which programs are shaping people's minds? FaceBook, Twitter, Google, and SnapChat. Other unnamed ones too.
And these programmers laugh at the public because so many users think they are not susceptible to their programming, and these programmers say "they are the ones that programmers have an affect upon!!!"
He actually states that Silicon valley is shaping thoughts, actions, and especially feelings. Feeling anxious, depressed? Maybe it is not you. You probably are being programmed to feel that way. Every buzz, every trigger, every alert, just another exposure to the anxiousness of society. Unless the tool is used for business, and even then that is still being susceptible, maybe, just maybe all alerts should be silenced without vibration. You control when to check the phone for messages. Just a thought.
The bigger tech companies have an army that are creating algorithms that are so smart that they know when to reward individual users just at the right time. In other words, they write code that figures out your habits, personalities, triggers, etc. on a personal basis and know when to prompt your next feeling. It can be as simple as holding back a number of the LIKES to something and then burst them all at the precise time for a "pick me up" to even more controlling like causing a depressive moment.
They admit that programmers have figured out how to control the addiction part of the brain.
Dopamine, Inc. had the perfect code to bring down anxiety levels in all users, but when I say perfect, I mean that it follows all of the rules, it is not buggy, it works with all devices, etc. It followed the rules. It was rejected by APPLE'S STORE with the statement, "Any application that encourages less of our apps and devices is not wanted in our collection of products."
