The instrument to usher in a one world government is called climate change. And despite the fact that the "green" solution is not a real solution is meaningless. Electric only cannot handle the demand or the endurance. But that does not matter. It is either comply or be forced out, do without, etc. The United States, the second beast of Revelation 13, is indeed influencing all other nations to "causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed" (Revelation 13:12). Keep in mind that "worship" is another way of saying "obedience", "compliance", etc.
